Why is my account in the issued list

There might be 2 different reasons for issuing your account, 1) Sudden increase in frequency of logging in and out of your account and ip changes frequently. Crosstrading/selling accounts might be the cause of this happening. 2) Suspicious raise of value in limiteds suddenly, crosstrading/gambling limiteds might be the cause of this happening..
